Staging Tips
1. Keep large plastic tubs handy. Right before a showing toss all clutter into the tubs, and stack them in the garage.
2. Keep the toilet seats down for showings.
3. Put up fresh, unused white towels in the bathrooms right before a showing. Be sure to remove them afterwards so nobody uses them.
4. Make sure the kitchen sink is void of dirty dishes or food particles.
5. Take out the trash before a showing & remove the trash can from sight.

6. Remove toothbrushes & other personal hygiene items from the bathrooms before a showing.
7. Turn all lights on & open all blinds. Light is your friend!
8. Cue up a light classical or jazz music station on your cable TV and play it softly for the showing.
9. Hide the laundry or take it with you when you leave for the showing.
10. If you have cats, keep the litter box clean & put it in the garage for showings.
