We use a professional DSLR Cannon XSI/450D with a 10mm wide angle lens and long distance flash to take the best photos possible. Photos are emailed to you within 24 hours in both MLS size and print marketing size.

Virtual Tours - No Subscription Required
We will create a virtual tour of your listing with both branded and MLS unbranded tours for you to use in your marketing. Tours are a great way for buyers to really see a property. We use our photos in the tour, or we can use yours.

Flyers
We will create a a beautiful marketing flyer specifically for you with photos & text highlighting the home, as well as your own contact information. We will email the flyer to you in PDF form or, if you want, we will print and deliver 30 color high gloss flyers to your office or listing. We keep the flyer in our files in case anything needs to be changed down the road.
