Champagne Staging & Real Estate Photography offers MLS photography using a great eye, and a Cannon Rebel XSI/450D, 12.2 MP camera with a 10mm wide angle lens & a long range flash. We have many, many years of photography experience and strive for the best photos possible.
We know that in real estate time is money. In most cases we will schedule your listing photos within 2 days (weather permitting) and provide you with your photos within 24 hours of the shoot in both MLS and higher resolution print sizes.

We send the flyers to you in PDF format, and keep them on file in case an adjustment needs to be made down the road.
Additionally we can print high gloss color flyers for you and deliver them to your office or listing, whichever is closer.
