A consultation is the FIRST STEP to preparing your property for sale. When we live in a house for a while, we tend to overlook the obvious, because the way we live works for us.
Champagne Staging takes an objective look at your house, just like a Buyer will.
When you bring in Champagne Staging for a Staging consultation, we look at the property with the eyes of a buyer, and talk about such things as:
• Any repairs we notice & minor updating -- a necessary evil as buyers never want to "buy work."
• Paint & Wallpaper issues (these can make or break a sale)
• Cleaning (and we mean serious deep cleaning, sorry!)
• Furniture placement & traffic flow
• Curb Appeal
• Survival skills for selling a house with pets or small kids.
Most important, we tell you WHY these things are important (I never liked it when my parents told me "just because I said so.").
We share with you how to overcome these issues - yay!
Who Needs a Consultation?

• Heavy on kid/pet stuff
• Over decorated (yep, still clutter - just more expensive clutter)
• Have no "wow" factor
