We know your time is valuable.  The longer a house sits on the market the
more money it costs everybody.  Taking photos and editing them to look their
best is time consuming to say the least.  Why should you be doing that when
you should be out doing what you do best?      

Worry no more, we are here for you.

We use a Canon 7D DLSR, External Flash and 10-22mm wide angle lens so
that all of a room is captured in a beautiful photograph.

How We Work:  

  • Call us with the address of the listing and any pertinent information we
    need to know.

  • We check with Google and see what direction the house faces so we
    are sure to shoot at the right time of day for a great front exterior shot.

  • We schedule the shoot with either you or your seller, whichever you
    prefer. We set a specific appointment, not a 2 - 3 hour block of time
    where your seller has to sit and wait.

  • If desired, we can send an email to the seller telling them how to
    prepare for our shoot to get the best results.

  • We constantly monitor the weather so that if rain or clouds are forecast,
    you have the option of rescheduling the shoot at no additional charge.

  • We spend up to an hour shooting the interior & exterior of the home
    and any neighborhood amenities you let us know about.  

  • We will edit the photos for maximum potential, size them 640x480 for
    MLS and email them to you in a zip file usually within 24 - 36 hours.

  • We realize some agencies offer in house virtual tours which require an
    even larger size photo, and we can provide those as well.

I hear it time and time again from people that pictures are what lead them to go see
a house that is for sale.  In fact, my newest neighbor who is from Long Island told
me that since they only had a short time to find a house here in Wake Forest, they
narrowed their search to ONLY listings that had great photographs on line.

Over 87% of Buyers look at photos on line before deciding to visit a listing.

It's pretty simply.  Poor photos = fewer showings.  I cringe when I hear agents say
they use their i-Phone or i-Pad to take photos.  Although they may be fun gadgets
and look cool, these items are no substitute for professional photography.
