Why be ordinary when you can be different?
We all learn in Marketing 101 that standing out from the crowd (in a good way)
is a positive thing that gets businesses noticed. Keeping that in mind, we do
things a little different at Champagne Staging because after 6 years of terrific
business we still like to stand out in a crowd. Read on....
- Affordable Pricing: Times are tough. While some companies are
raising prices to compensate for lack of business, we have kept our
prices lower than most because in these times its simply the right thing
to do.
- Consultations: We love doing these and we do a LOT of them. We
remain available to your sellers via phone, email, text or smoke signal
even after we leave - at no additional charge! *We also do some light
staging to show your sellers how easy it is! We will email the agent
and seller a report with a summary of our findings.
- Photography: We shoot a lot of houses, whether we consult/stage
them or not. We make specific appointments (none of this 2 hour
window stuff) and we can usually shoot within a couple of days. Also,
you get your photos within 36 hours of the shoot, usually sooner.
- Vacant Staging: 99% of the time we do the physical work ourselves
which keeps costs WAY down, since there are no additional movers, or
delivery companies to pay.
- Occupied Staging: We are happy to have the Sellers help! This helps
keep the cost lower AND when the Sellers are involved its just a lot of
fun.
- No Hidden Charges: We let you know up front what we are going to do,
what your investment will be and we stick to that.
- No "Bair & Switch"/Upselling: We never suggest work that does not
need to be done. If we go on a consultation and the home needs more
help it is our job to let you know. However, we NEVER suggest
additional services just to improve our bottom line.
- We Love the Average Guy: We aren't all about working only on high
end listings just to generate more income. EVERY listing should have
the same opportunities and we really like working for the average guy.
In fact, the price range we work most in is $125,000 - $400,000. We
are affordable to the average seller and that is important to us.
You work hard to get your listings.
We understand that it can be a really uncomfortable situation for you when
want to jeopardize your client relationship, but on the other hand, when it's
certain a listing can't be put on the market as is, what do you do?

the job done, without overwhelming or hurting the sellers feelings.
